Yes. CargoLedger is officially NIWO-accredited for the digital consignment note in the Benelux, built on signatures, timestamps and an immutable audit trail from day one. Learn more →

What is eFTI, and does CargoLedger support it?

eFTI (EU Regulation 2020/1056) requires authorities to accept transport and logistics information in digital form. CargoLedger’s audit trails and evidence are built to meet eFTI requirements. Learn more →

Do I need to replace my TMS, ERP or board computer?

Glossary

e-CMR: The digital version of the CMR consignment note — the standard legal document for international road transport.
eFTI: Electronic Freight Transport Information — EU Regulation 2020/1056, requiring authorities to accept transport and logistics data digitally.
PEPPOL: A network and four-corner model for exchanging structured business documents (like UBL waybills) between trading partners across Europe.
UBL: Universal Business Language — the XML standard used for waybills and other trade documents exchanged over PEPPOL.
NIWO: The Dutch/Benelux authority that accredits carriers and digital consignment notes for road transport.
RESULD: A 9-partner EU–Kenya consortium (ports, universities and tech innovators) digitising the agri-export corridor with eProd Solutions, Docklab and TLIP.
